·       Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.

·       Standard delivery times:

o   Metro areas: 3–7 business days

o   Regional areas: 5–10 business days

·       Delivery times may vary due to high demand, public holidays, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

·       Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

·       Free shipping promotions (if any) will be displayed on our website.

4. Order Tracking

·       Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

·       You can track your delivery via the carrier’s website.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

·       If your order arrives damaged:

o   Email us within 7 days with photos of the damage.

·       If your package is lost:

o   Contact us for assistance with the carrier.

6. Authority to Leave

·       By default, our deliveries require a signature.

·       You can choose “Authority to Leave” at checkout at your own risk.
