Josh Mason
FAVO Ambassador and creator of the "Most Aussie Pizza".
Josh will be cooking live throughout the evening and showcasing how easy it is to create incredible pizza using the FAVO rotating stone technology.
Two days before State of Origin Game 3, Josh will settle the score with a special Queensland vs NSW pizza showdown.

Two days before Game 3, we're settling the rivalry the only way we know how — with pizza.
FAVO Ambassador Chef Josh Mason will represent NSW while an Il Posto chef will fly the flag for Queensland in a live pizza battle.
Both chefs will create a signature pizza inspired by their state, and the audience will taste, vote and decide who takes home State of Origin pizza bragging rights.
