Returns and Refunds Policy

At FAVO Pizza Ovens, we want you to love your pizza experience. If there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Change of Mind

·       We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery.

·       Item must be:

o   Unused

o   In original packaging

o   In resalable condition

·       Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

·       Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.

2. Damaged or Faulty Goods

·       If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

·       Email us with:

o   Order number

o   Description of the issue

o   Photos of the damage or fault

·       We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

3. Warranty Claims

·       Our ovens are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty (see product page for details).

·       Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not misuse or wear and tear.

·       Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

4. Refund Processing

·       Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

·       Allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

·       Used ovens or accessories

·       Gift cards

·       Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
