But there’s one important thing to know…
Not All Doughs Are Created Equal
During our first test cook, we tried a dough that had honey in it. The result? Flames. Literally. Sugar burns quickly at high heat, and any dough with sugar (including honey, syrups, or sweeteners) is likely to scorch or even catch fire.
That’s why we recommend keeping your dough simple and sugar-free. Our go-to recipe includes just four ingredients:

Salt
This kind of dough holds up beautifully under intense heat. It cooks fast, creates the perfect base, and won't burn, even at full FAVO temperature.
